Our department SharePoint site, regularly updated by our documentation managers, features resources to help instructors and staff throughout the academic year. The site includes documentation to help you get started with my.harvard, common terminology and acronyms, and FERPA information. We also offer role-specific instruction manuals, guides for using our advising tools, and training session summaries.

The my.Harvard Knowledge Base, maintained by HUIT, features step by step instructions for completing key processes in my.Harvard. The site includes articles designed for both students and instructional staff (e.g. how to check in online, how to approve enrollment petitions).  

We regularly send out copies of our student, instructor, and staff email campaigns so that our partners can learn what information has been shared across FAS. You can access a list of these communications any time in our Message Center, or subscribe to our affiliates list to receive them directly.
