Communications and Diplomas
You will receive communications from the FAS Registrar's Office prior to Commencement to confirm your diploma. Please note that the Registrar's Office does not send communications regarding the Commencement Ceremony.
Commencement Ceremony
The Commencement Office plans the Harvard University Commencement Ceremony. During the Commencement Ceremony, degrees are conferred by the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.

Harvard College House Ceremonies
Following the Commencement Ceremony, Harvard College's residential communities host smaller celebrations where graduates receive their diplomas.
- Your House Academic Coordinator can answer many of your questions. They can also direct any remaining questions or concerns regarding your House’s Commencement Day ceremony to the right person.
