If you have not already completed FERPA training before requesting access, please complete this 30 minute training.

If you are a staff member and require my.Harvard access to do your work, please email sis_access@fas.harvard.edu with the following information:

- HUID

- Name

- Department and Role

- What you are requesting specifically and reason for request

- If duplicating another person's access, their name and HUID

- Confirmation that you have taken FERPA training
