Basic Syllabus Information
Faculty must provide basic syllabus information ahead of each Registration period to help students select their courses.
What is needed?
We are not asking for a complete syllabus in time for registration, however the syllabus should be complete syllabus information when classes begin.
Basic Syllabus - Registration Reminders
To ensure your Canvas site is ready for students please remember to:
- Finalize basic syllabus information by the deadline.
- Publish your Canvas site.
All Canvas sites will be pre-populated with a standard course information template, you can begin work on this now. If this content was erased or overwritten during site setup, you may need to add the course fields to your site. Learn more at the FAS Academic Technology website.
