Classroom location changes take place during the enrollment period, so check your course meeting location in the my.harvard Course Catalog.
You will see your courses and grades on the my.harvard enrollment page by the last week of August.
If you do not see your course in my.harvard after the last week of August the course:
- Does not count for college credit
- Requires a submission of online form to count. If you have not received the electronic form from HSS, please contact Inquiry@Summer.Harvard.edu
If you are an FAS or non-FAS student go to the cross-registration page on the FAS Registrar's website for information on how and when to cross register.
Waitlists will open closer to the start of the term. In my.harvard you can either search for all courses that offer a waitlist, or you can check the course details of an individual course. Please review the Waitlist knowledge article on how to check for waitlists, enroll, and the notification process. You can add yourself to a waitlist until the end of the open add/drop period in August.
Students are expected to take the Math and Writing exams during the exam period ending on June 12. In exceptional circumstances, students with legitimate unavoidable conflicts may receive extensions. It is in a student’s best interest to complete the Math exam by the deadline but students may access the exam beyond June 12 without petition. An extension to complete the Writing exam requires a petition for an alternative deadline, please go to the Online Placement Exam Registration (OPER) application.
Confirm with the College Board that you submitted your scores to us. We process scores as they come in and recommend checking your Placement and Test Scores Report two weeks after submission.
The Registrar's office will process Concentration Credit Petition for Cross-Registered courses forms until June 30, 2024 while the current policy is still active (your cross-registered course will count towards your GPA). After July 1, 2024, the new policy will be in effect and we will no longer process these forms. No previously cross-registered course will count towards GPA.
