Placement Exams
Placement exam results will help you select the classes that will be most appropriate for you to consider for your first year of study. Your placement exam scores and course recommendations will be available in my.harvard.
Advanced Placement (AP) Scores
In order for your AP scores to be included in your student record, you must send an official score report to Harvard through the College Board (use code 3434). If you have invalid or missing scores in your Placement and Scores Report, please email placementexams@fas.harvard.edu.
Advanced Standing and Concurrent Masters
Advanced Placement examinations, the International Baccalaureate diploma, and international credentials will no longer be recognized for Harvard College credit toward the degree beginning with the students who enter the College in Fall 2020. Visit the Office of Undergraduate Education website for information about Advanced Standing.
