As an Information and Records Management Specialist, I support students with their enrollment verification questions (scholarship applications, loan deferment forms, enrollment letters, etc). For alums, I write degree certification letters and issue translation of GSAS diplomas that are written in Latin. I finalize third-party pending transcripts and degree verifications through Parchment and the National Student Clearinghouse respectively. In addition, I provide answers to faculty and administrators regarding student records and transcripts along with guiding all constituents to the appropriate team and/or department within the College, GSAS or the University.
One of my passions is sharing my knowledge and helping others navigate their respective educational journeys. As a parent, I know how advocacy and the ability to access resources make a tremendous difference in a person's life. I enjoy working with students of all ages, in addition to alumni, faculty, administrators and other constituents.
My family and I enjoy spending time together by taking day trips around New England. There is so much to explore with just one tank of gas–from quaint New England towns to coastal communities, state parks, and scenic mountain bi-ways. We are also working our way through a list of domestic and international destinations. I love sharing our trip ideas with others!
