Create a new hold for the Summer Experience page of the Harvard College check in guide

Project Description: Creating a new hold specifically for the Summer Experience page will allow the Registrar's Office to exclude certain populations, such as incoming students, who do not need to complete this information. By customizing the guide for specific populations, it will ensure the check in process is more efficient and streamlined.
