Enhancements to student G-Year function for Faculty Recruits

Project Description: Students who join the faculty when they come to Harvard are not considered G1 (Year 1) students, but the G-Year function in my.Harvard that determines academic level cannot take into account time awarded specifically to faculty recruits. This project will let users calculate academic levels for these students correctly by adding a "faculty recruit" option.
