Create course allocation process for concurrent Masters students 

Project Description: Create an updated course allocation process for 4th Year concurrent Masters students, which will incorporate a required terminology update. Students in the concurrent AM program must indicate which courses from their undergraduate degree they would like to also count for their AM degree.
