Allow student to edit non-enrollment sections directly in the Crimson Cart

Project Description: Add functionality to allow FAS students to edit their courses, including selection of labs and discussion sections, in Crimson Cart planning tool in my.Harvard. This modification will greatly improve usability of the Crimson Cart as a planning tool prior to enrollment and is especially helpful now that students self-enroll into timed discussion sections during registration.
