This is an introduction to the RoomBook platform, for reserving discussion and office hour spaces on campus. This session is geared for Teaching Fellows, though all are welcome to attend.
Please sign up to receive the Zoom link on the morning of the event. This training will be recorded, and available in the FAS Registrar's SharePoint Training and Documentation library, under Classrooms.

This training is for both new and established department classroom schedulers, and will introduce and review how to enter preferences for classrooms for the upcoming term. Preferences include designated department space, requesting space from the Registrar or building management, or indicating another reserved location.
