    Welcome back! Dust off those cobwebs and let us help you get back into the groove of start term! In this session we go through all the different deadlines during the beginning of term and what they mean for students. We go into detail about the check-in, crimson cart and registration,  holds and what that looks like for the students. We then talk about instructor permission and other types of approvals like Change of Grading basis and 6th course approval and what that looks like for instructors and advisers.  Whats new, who is new in the RO?

    Fall 2022 Classroom Preferences Training

    Registration Closed 11:00am to 12:00pm

    Location: 

    Virtual - Zoom link sent to registrants on the day of training

    This training is for both new and established department classroom schedulers, and will introduce and review how to enter preferences for classrooms for the upcoming term.  Preferences include designated department space, requesting space from the Registrar or building management, or indicating another reserved location. Registrants will be sent the Zoom link the morning of June 21st.

    Schedule of Classes Refresher

    This training is for department curriculum coordinators, and will review the schedule of classes and the course balance tool. The review will focus on the updates that need to be made to the schedule of classes prior to submitting classroom preferences for the upcoming term. Registrants will be sent the Zoom link the morning of June 13th.
