##  Guidelines for requests 

- Submit **one room request per event** unless more than one room is necessary.
- You may not reserve classroom space during final examinations.
- Food is not permitted in FAS classrooms.

**NOTE:** RoomBook typically opens at the beginning of each term. Advance requests cannot be placed. Please contact the Dean of Students Office ([**studentengagement@fas.harvard.edu**](mailto:soch@fas.harvard.edu)) with any questions.



 

##  Student organization requests (officers only) 

Only officers of graduate and undergraduate student organizations can reserve classrooms using RoomBook. The Harvard College Dean of Students Office grants officers of undergraduate student organizations access to [**RoomBook**](https://roombook.harvard.edu/)**.**

1. [**Use the online inventory of FAS classrooms**](http://imsroombook.fas.harvard.edu/) to identify the right space.
2. [**Review room request instructions**](https://roombook.harvard.edu/request-room) or watch the [**How to Request Space Using Roombook**](https://youtu.be/UoFDWgcXwsw) video.
3. Submit your space request using [**RoomBook**](https://roombook.harvard.edu/).
4. Select **FAS** and log in using your Harvard Key.
