Verify your diploma information by Friday, April 15

• You can add or update your diploma name directly in my.harvard. 
• If any of your degree information is incorrect or missing, please contact enrollment@fas.harvard.edu.

Currently, your name will be printed on your diploma as it is shown below.

You can add or update your diploma name in my.harvard. If you do not add a diploma name, the name printed on your diploma will default to your primary name.   

Please note that your middle name will not be visible in your student home after you add it.

Receiving Your Printed Diploma 

As a May degree candidate, there are three ways you can receive your printed diploma:  

1. Pick up your diploma during the May 26 Commencement ceremony
2. Pay to have your diploma shipped. 
3. Pick up your diploma from the Registrar's Office 

Diploma shipment: If you will not be attending the May 26 Commencement ceremony and need your diploma shipped, please complete the Diploma Mailing Request online and submit your online payment for shipping costs.

• Your diploma will not be mailed to you until you complete online request form and pay the shipping costs (you will not be charged until your diploma is mailed).
• Your diploma can be shipped as early as Friday, May 27. Once it is shipped, you will receive an email from our office with the FedEx tracking number. 

Certified Electronic Diploma

Your electronic diploma will be emailed to you within two weeks of the May 26 Commencement ceremony.
