As of today, only limited changes in the Schedule of Classes are permitted:
- Meeting times (compliant with the FAS Schedule)
- Instructors and grading access
- "Have you Considered" attribute
- Class notes

Classroom assignments were emailed to faculty on Wednesday, January 5.
- If you change a meeting time on a course, email Classrooms, remove the facility ID in the Schedule of Classes, and Save. The classroom assignment doesn't automatically carry forward. We will reassign the room if it's still available at the new time.
- If faculty request changes, please collect changes and send collectively to Classrooms.
- Notify Classrooms, ATG, and Education Support Services (ESS) about courses needing recording technology to ensure they're scheduled in an appropriate space, as not all classrooms support this technology.

 PREPARING CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY

HUIT and Education Support Services (ESS) are here to help. Faculty and teaching staff who wish to have an orientation to the audiovisual systems in their assigned classrooms may contact ESS to set up a 30-minute appointment with a technician. Staff availability prior to January 24 may be limited, owing to the University’s request to de-densify campus for the first few weeks of the new year.

Emilie Campanelli is the new Classrooms Coordinator on the Academic Planning team in the Registrar's Office. Prior to joining the RO, Emilie supported curriculum and classrooms in the FAS Statistics Department. Reach out to Emilie through the Classrooms email.
