Review Instructors for Fall Evaluations

— Nov. 4 is the deadline to add or exclude instructors in my.harvard.
Review High Enrollment Courses
Dear <<First Name>>,

All instructional staff must be listed in my.harvard with the correct role by
Nov. 4 to appear on the course evaluation for Fall 2021. Use the "Exclude from Eval" checkbox to exclude instructors from the course evaluation. You can find more information about this new feature below.

AVAILABLE NOW: "SKIP EVAL" CHECKBOX
Departments can now exclude individual instructional staff from course evaluations. By Nov. 4, click the "Skip Evaluation" checkbox in the Meetings tab to indicate a person should be excluded.

GSAS Crimson Carts Open
GSAS students can add spring XREG and JAN session courses to their Crimson Cart.

Important: Enter all available spring course updates in my.harvard by Nov. 1.

Deadline to add or exclude instructional staff from a course eval in my.harvard.

Important: Only primary components with 5+ enrollments are evaluated.

Add missing instructors before Nov. 4
Combined Sections
Check your combined sections with missing instructors in the WorkCenter.
Multiple Primary Component Classes
Add missing instructional staff to your Multiple Primary Component classes. AURORA does not feed TA/TF appointments into these special courses!
Undergraduate Course Assistants
Course Assistants (CA's) must be manually entered into my.harvard. If a CA is incorrectly listed as a TA/TF, adjust their role accordingly:
  • If they don't need Canvas access, adjust the role to Course Assistant.
  • If they require Canvas access, adjust to Enhanced Course Assistant.
