May Degree Application: Now Open

— Students can apply until April 1, 11:59pm EDT
Please reach out to your May degree candidates to ensure they are aware of the deadline and how to apply.
 
Use the Students Expected to Graduate report in your House Yard Workcenter to monitor your degree candidates' application statuses. 
  • Use term code 2222
  • Find the Degree Checkout Status column.  Students marked as Eligible for Graduation still need to apply.
xStudents cannot change their concentration, secondary, or foreign language citation after submitting their applications. Before your students apply, please encourage them to verify that these fields have the correct information using the My Programs tab in their my.harvard Student Portal.

Will my student get confirmation of their degree and diploma information?

Yes, each degree candidate will receive an email in early April confirming their applied degrees, diploma name, and FERPA status.
