ANNOUNCEMENT

GSAS Graduation Tracker Is Open

— All recommendations are due May 19th

Beginning today through May 19, submit your degree recommendations in GSAS Graduation Tracker in the GSAS Department Workcenter.

Important: Double check your work and finalize your recommendations by clicking the Submit button in Grad Tracker.  This locks your statuses and signals to the Registrar's office that your recommendations are complete.

Electronic submission of your recommendations constitutes a final recommendation for the degree. This official record is presented to the Governing Boards, Administrative Boards, and Faculty for conferral of degrees.

What does it mean to "submit" my recommendations?

When you recommend a student for a degree, it means:
  • Student has met the requirements for the a degree in their field
  • The record may be presented to the Faculty and Governing Board to confer the degree
  • Clicking the submit button will lock your recommendation and ensure the student's recommendation cannot be altered.

All recommendations must be submitted by May 19th.
