The August 6 courses deadline is fast approaching! The enclosed dates and resources will help you prepare. After August 6, departments can only edit:
- Class times (compliant with FAS Schedule)
- Instructors & grade access
- Class notes
- "Have You Considered?" attribute

IMPORTANT DATES
|
|
July 28: The Registrar's Office will email Faculty to check their courses in the my.harvard Course Search. Review the checklist faculty will use to review.
July 30: Last day to submit course requisite requests. (Workflows p. 49)
August 6: Last day departments can make changes to the Course Catalog page in my.harvard. Departments can continue editing times, notes, and instructors.
August 16-26: On August 16, course registration begins, course websites go live, and advising holds can be lifted. The fall Course Preview Period takes place August 23-26. August 26 is the fall registration deadline.

NEW COURSE PREVIEW GUIDE

The Course Preview Period takes place August 23 to 26. The Preview Period offers students a chance to explore course options, attend synchronous and asynchronous course events, and enroll in courses.
Important: Advertise Course Preview Period events through Canvas sites, department websites, and class notes on my.harvard.
