CLASSROOMS

Enter Spring 2022 classroom preferences.

- EMS will be open from October 12th to November 9th.

REMINDERS

Correctly estimating room capacity is crucial this year.
Classroom space is limited due to increased enrollment. It is more important than ever that departments accurately estimate and select correctly sized classrooms. Please be sure to update the requested room capacity field in my.harvard.

Classrooms will be used to full capacity without social distancing restrictions.
Buildings and classrooms will operate with enhanced mechanical ventilation and filtration, and be cleaned to COVID standards prescribed by Harvard's Environmental Health and Safety department.

Please indicate if lecture capture is required for the course.
As there will be additional courses approved to offer simultaneous enrollment this term, it is important to indicate in the required features if lecture capture technology is needed.

Mac users may enter preferences online.
While the EMS desktop client is still not supported on Apple products, Mac users may enter preferences online using this link.

FAS is phasing out in-room computers. Instructors are encouraged to bring their own device to their assigned classrooms.
