Verify your diploma information by Tuesday, October 11

• You can add or update your diploma name directly in my.harvard. 
• If any of your degree information is incorrect or missing, please contact enrollment@fas.harvard.edu.

Diploma Name 

Currently, your name will be printed on your diploma as it is shown below.

You can add or update your diploma name in my.harvard. If you do not add a diploma name, the name printed on your diploma will default to your primary name.   

Please note that your middle name will not be visible in your student home after you add it.

Receiving Your Printed Diploma 

As a November degree candidate, there are two ways you can receive your printed diploma:  

1. Pick up your diploma from our office or 

2. Pay to have your diploma shipped. 

In office pick-up: Your diploma can be picked up from our office during front desk hours, Mondays-Fridays 10am-4pm, starting November 10th. Please email us at registrar@fas.harvard.edu to schedule your diploma pick up visit.

Diploma mailing: To have your diploma mailed to you, please complete the Diploma Mailing Request online and submit your online payment for shipping costs. Your diploma will be mailed to you starting November 9th. Once it is mailed, you will receive an email from our office with the FedEx tracking number.   

Your diploma will not be automatically mailed to you without completion of the online request form and payment of shipping costs.  

Your Certified Electronic Diploma will be emailed to you within two weeks of the November 8th degree conferral.
