Submit Academic Advising Report (AAR) Changes

I hope that the summer is treating you well so far. As we prepare for the upcoming academic year, please send requests for Academic Advising Report (AAR) changes for AY 2022-2023 by filling out this Qualtrics form by Friday, July 15th. Even if you have no changes for the academic year '22-23, please let us know. To those of you who have already submitted changes, thank you!

It's critical that we maintain the configuration of the Academic Advising Report now more than ever as we embark on the Faculty's request to allow our students to pursue a double concentration.

As we work on this project and all the downstream tools of the introduction of double concentration, we have hired a consultant to help us this summer. I'd like to introduce, Jessica M. Owens from VB Consulting. You may remember Jessica from when we first implemented the AAR. Jessica Owens has worked for VB Consulting as a Peoplesoft Consultant for the past 12+ years. She’s originally form San Diego County and now resides in Atlanta, GA. Her areas of expertise include Academic Advisement and Student Records and other campus modules. Jessica Owens worked with FAS back in 2018 in setting up a great majority of Academic programs. She returned in 2019/2020 to setup up academic programs for the Kennedy School. Other schools Jessica has worked with are University of Central Florida, UMass Amherst, Syracuse University, the California Community College system, Emory University, and more. Before consulting she, herself was an Academic Advisement Counselor and Degree Evaluator at a California College. She’s eager to help in any way she can.
