## EMS RoomBook sync issue for canceled course sections

**Project Description:** Under normal behavior, when a class section is marked as canceled in the Schedule of Classes, the EMS sync updates EMS and removes the associated room reservation. This no longer appears to be happening.  
Courses are correctly marked as canceled in my.Harvard, while the corresponding room reservations remain active in EMS.
