**Project Description:** Currently, when a student has two approved Grading Basis Change petitions for the same class, the GBC QBUs alternate the student’s grading basis between the two approved petition types each time the process runs. To resolve this, the GBC queries will be updated to process only the most recent approved petition for a student in a given class, ensuring each grading basis change is applied only once.
