###    Why don't I see my summer school courses in my.Harvard?  expand\_more  

You will see your courses and grades on the my.harvard enrollment page by the **last week of August.**

If you do not see your course in my.Harvard after the last week of August the course:

- Does not count for college credit

Grades will be available to students as early as May 18th if all Course Evaluations have been completed and the instructor has submitted the grade. If the instructor has posted the grade roster, grades will be available to all students on May 25th.

###    How can I revert a change of grading basis for my course? (HCOL students only)  expand\_more  

If your request is in an **approved status** and you wish to revert the changes, you can submit another petition form to return to your original grading basis. If you have a pending grading basis change request, you can select **View Prior Submission**, then click [**Cancel**](https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=kb_article&sys_id=6e2573721b2e109c351ceb9bbc4bcbfb#Cancel_Grade_Change_Request).

If you are taking the exam with the main exam: [Final Exam Schedule with Locations](https://registrar.fas.harvard.edu/take-exams#exam-schedule). If you are registered with DAO and have testing accommodations, your location will be emailed to you in mid-April.

 



 

 

 



###    I've received instructor permission for a course, but when I attempt to enroll, I receive an error message stating that the class is full even though the class hasn't reached its capacity.  expand\_more  

You are receiving an error message because you have a closed lab/discussion section in your Crimson Cart. Please [switch into an open section](https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=kb_article&sys_id=a06e79eb47f3c2109f7d957c416d4349) and you will be able to finalize your enrollment in the course.

 



 

 

 



###    I received instructor permission for a Fall course which is full, am I on the waitlist?  expand\_more  

No, receiving instructor permission for a course does not automatically put you on the waitlist. You **must** enroll on the waitlist during the open add/drop period

 



 

 

 



###    My advisor lifted my advising hold but it is still appearing on my record. How do I resolve this?  expand\_more  

If you are a double concentrator, you will need to have your advising hold lifted by each concentration advisor.

 



 

 

 



###    When is my spring 2026 final exam?  expand\_more  

For a list of final exams and their schedules, refer to the [Take Exams](https://registrar.fas.harvard.edu/take-exams) page. Be sure to check back often as changes to the schedule do occur.

 



 

 

 



###    I can't access the building for my class, what do I do?  expand\_more  

Active Harvard ID holders have swipe access to all FAS buildings and classrooms. If your status is active and you are locked out, call Securitas at 617-496-9370 for assistance.

 



 

 

 



###    I tried enrolling for a class via my.harvard and I received an error saying the class was not valid.  expand\_more  

Try removing the course from your Crimson Cart and then re-add it. Sometimes there are changes to the course set-up that need to be recaptured.
