Classroom Requests for FAS Courses and Sections
To request a classroom for a course for an academic term, please contact your department course planner. Course requests are submitted to this office by course planners in the summer and late autumn for the following academic terms.
Guidelines for Requesting Discussion Section Space
Course Heads and Head Teaching Fellows should submit requests for discussion section space at roombook.fas.harvard.edu. Click on "FAS Roombook" and navigate to "Reservations" in the top menu. Select "Academic Request." The RO will begin fulfilling discussion section space requests one to two weeks prior to the start of term. Please be sure to sign back into the system and release rooms that will go unused, as space is very tight within our inventory.
One-Time Event Classroom Requests
To request a classroom scheduled by the FAS Registrar's Classrooms Office for a course-related or departmental event, please visit roombook.fas.harvard.edu (HUID and PIN are required). Under the 'Reservations' tab, select 'Academic Request' for course related events such as exams or review sessions; otherwise select the form for the term during which your event will take place.
