⏰ Finding an Optimal Meeting Time: A Workshop for Scheduling Small Classes and Sections

Thursday, January 14, 2021, 1:00pm to 2:00pm

Virtual - link emailed to registrants
Join the FAS Registrar's Office for a workshop on scheduling small classes and sections. Participants will get an insider view of how the departments of Government and Anthropology leveraged Harvard tools to schedule their small courses after registration by using student schedule data, during the Harvard remote Fall 2020 term. Attendees will come away with at least two methods for guiding or assisting teaching teams, as it applies, with determining the optimal time for a previously untimed class or section (e.g. discussion or lab) this Spring 2021 and will have the opportunity to ask questions in a peer-to-peer setting.*

Persons with disabilities who wish to request accommodations or who have questions about access, please contact us in advance of the session.

*This workshop is designed for FAS Curriculum Coordinators.
