    Curriculum Management 101: Intro to my.harvard and Curriculum Management

    This training provides an overview of my.harvard for Curriculum Coordinators who are new to their position as well as those who would like to refresh their skills. You will learn how to navigate my.harvard, create a new course, and schedule a new course.

    Curriculum Management 102: Schedule of Classes Activities/Rolled Class Checklist

    This course teaches Curriculum Coordinators how to make changes to courses in the course catalog, change a class’s details in the schedule of classes, and adjust class associations. We will review the data refresh schedule, timeline of activities, and how to use the coordinator checklist.​

    How to Set Up Full Year Courses

    ​Departments should carefully consider the set up of former full year courses. Designating a course as indivisible or divisible has serious impacts on grading, credit value, repeat for credit rules, and enrollment process. In this training you will learn about each course type. We will also review how each course should look in the catalog view, schedule of classes view, and transcript view.​​​​
