This training is a compressed re-introduction to curriculum management. It is a review course for experienced curriculum coordinators, or a jump start for new coordinators who have reviewed Curriculum Management 101.
In this trairing, we will review best practices for using graduation tracker to make degree recommendations and how to approve secondary fields and foreign language citations. We'll introduce the submit button as a way to streamline submitting recommendations.

As a Department Administrator or House Administrator it is your responsibility to give new leadership or staff access to my.harvard or renew the appointments for existing members of the roster (this is also referred to as Managing an Advising Committee). If you are a House Academic Coordinator, you may also benefit from knowing how to update your roster in my.harvard.
Roles in my.harvard typically expire on December 31 or June 30. You can update your roster at any time, but you should review this at least once per term.
